Terms of Service for Wellness Plans for Healthier Living

Welcome to “Wellness Plans for Healthier Living” (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of our Site, including all content, functionality, and services offered on or via the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOS, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Rules and Guidelines for Use of the Website:

  1. Content Use and Copyright Compliance: All content provided on the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the content except as expressly allowed by us or your applicable copyright legislation.   • The Site reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that we believe violate these rules and restrictions.

Intellectual Property Rights:

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wellness Plans for Healthier Living (“WPHL”). You acknowledge and agree that nothing transfers to you the rights, titles, or interests in or to the Site, except for the license provided herein. WPHL and its licensors reserve all rights not expressly granted in these TOS.

Limit of Liability:

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site and its content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination of Abusive Accounts:

WPHL reserves the right to terminate accounts that are abusive, violate these TOS, or are otherwise engaged in harmful conduct, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, under the terms of our User Agreement.

Effective Date:

These Terms of Service are effective as of March 18, 2024.
